LaTocha Scott

LaTocha Scott is an American RampB singer, songwriter, and occasional actress. She is best known as a member of the multiplatinum selling RampB group, Xscape, who rose to popularity in the 1990s.

Scott was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Her mother Gloria McFarlin was a teacher and her father Randolph Scott a pastor. Music was a constant in Scotts life as her father and two uncles sang in a group called The Scott Three in the 1970s. By age six, LaTocha had begun singing in church, weddings, and local talent shows. By age 11, she had recorded her first song with her father.She now lives with her mother, husband , and son, Jamon.
